Así sería como todos bajaríamos bien de la hora de duración en completar la distancia, desde los 57 min de Alejandro a los 59 min de Claudio, pasando por los 58 min de Vicente, mientras que Noé iría un rato con todos, en algún momento duro con Claudio hacia el final, tanbién hacia la mitad de la ida para no lanzarse demasiado, así como iría en busca en el final de Manel que nos pasó lanzado hacia el km 5 ya que salió algo más tarde e iba a hacer un 12 km, pasándonos a cual cohete lanzado gritando «y el uno y el uno» ante el desconcierto de todos cuando era para confirmar la marca del km 1, buen entrenamiento de ritmo para él en esta ocasión.
En esta ocasión aún no pudimos contar con la presencia de Fran pues estaba concluyendo la recuperación de su rodilla, así como tampoco con Alejandro quien sufre una sobrecarga de espalda y el que esperamos se recupere para proseguir su preparación para Coruña, objetivo marcado claramente ya por casi todos y alguno decantado más por Santiago, ambas carreras a celebrarse el proximo mes de Octubre, esperando centrar el quinteto inicial lo antes posible para las mismas, y a continuación de dichas carreras ir animando nuevos adptos a esta motivante iniciativa grupal de superación y salud física y mental como el el correr para pasarlo bien y mejorar uno mismo junto y gracias a los demás compañeros de fatigas y esfuerzos.
Animo a todos y todo indica que los 10 km se nos empiezan a quedar pequeños y la próxima debería plantearse un 12 km, creo en ello coincidimos todos, ya se ve alguno «silbando» de vez en cuando en los 10 km.
A por la siguiente y muchas gracias a la señora que gracias a ella quitamos la foto aunque no sin pocas dificultades técnicas, como fue la primera vez que todos bajamos bien de 1h, de ahí el gesto improvisado de la foto que se está convirtiendo ya en un ritual añadido infalible.
